Our story
In the ramen tradition, each recipe is rooted in its region. At BoNoPandas, we draw on the soul of the Toulouse Southwest to create signature dishes you won't find anywhere else.
Our Cassoulet Ramen fuses the slow-cooked richness of Toulouse's iconic cassoulet with the artisanal craft of Japanese ramen. Our Confit Duck Gyozas celebrate the region's beloved duck. We make our noodles fresh on-site, every day, and our broths are simmered patiently in-house.
